The Overhead Console attaches to the top’s headliner above and behind the rearview mirror.  This part provides a significant amount of additional storage in a location that is invisible from the outside. It is a great place to store your glasses, radar detector, office supplies, wallet, makeup, etc.  OvWhen the targa top is out the head Console slides backward and stores in the trunk while still attaced to the targa top.  The Overhead Console does not fit the HTC convertible.
